  First off, my order took about 10 minutes to make but the other staff sincerely apologized for the delay multiple times and even gave me a free biscuit. Second, the food itself was absolutely amazing, I haven't had Popeye's in years and I was blown away by how far they've come. All in all, I'd say just work on customer relations and I'd definitely rate it a 5. Well done though, I'm looking forward to ordering take out in the future.

  Incredible staff, superb management, very tidy and comfortable place to enjoy and eat with family. Daily specials are the best. I really enjoy taking my kids to this location. Family meals are good value, you could get tenders or chicken with the choice of your sides.

  We went in there to try the big box meal for 5$. Apparently it is not served in Canada. I had two employees telling me what I saw on the commercial, like they were there. We then tried to buy a 10 piece, 2 sides, and 5 biscuits for 20$. It actually costs 30.99 plus tax. The electronic menu board says 20. I understand a glich in the system. I don't understand bad customer service. Instead of trying to make it right I was met with excuses.

  I love going here. All the staff are so friendly and the food is so delicious. I'm addicted.

  I came in today and ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich to go. The wait in line wasn't long and although the cashier didn't look very happy I still found it enjoyable.

  This is the worst popeyes I've ever went. Please let me tell you all about it. Around 6 o'clock yesterday, i got there. One person ahead of me so i ordered Thursday deal and 2 pc chicken platter. Then like 8 people came behind me. So I was glad to beat the dinner rush hour. There were three guys (teenagers?) working. One guy was battering chicken and serving customer with the raw chicken hands. Can you believe it? I worked at other fried chicken restaurant. I would be been fired already. I was staring at the guy. He eventually washed his hands. At this point, my order didn't even start. They were cooking chicken and black smoke was coming out of the deep frier. Yep, they burnt the chicken later I discovered that plus, they mess up my order when I got home. I waited for good 20 min and everyone else got their order. I was the last one to get the order. finally, my order came out like 25min. My wife complained 'why so late'. Now she would know why from reading this long story. Honestly this was the wosrt experience. I am not going back, I want my money back and I advise you not to go there.
