  I have always recommend this place to people. My latest experiences have been ultimately amazing. Great staff. These people make dreams come true. Carrie was just so awesome to deal with. I wish google would let me post a 10 star review!

  Definitely do your research before you do business with this place. There is positive and a lot of negative. Personally I had a negative response. Several years ago I brought in my engagement ring to be resized, I had two other people with me has witness. They took my size and wrote it down. After longer than they said I went to pick it up 3 weeks later.

  The ring they first brought out was not mine. Then mine was brought out and on package the size they originally wrote down was crossed out and another size was written. I inquired and lady said it's fine. I go to try ring on and it was several sizes too big! They apologized and I had to wait a additional week for their mix up. Then when I paid they charged me $10 more than original price agreed upon.

  They do have years experience and I am sure for some things they are good for but I personally will never shop there again and have advised many.

  Have been dealing with Hooper's for 30 plus years, my grandfather purchased my grandmother's engagement ring here, my dad and I did as well. Service is amazing and the staff is very efficient at providing excellent service! I will continue to make all my life's big purchases here as I believe in shopping local and supporting our community.

  I've always loved hoopers since when I was a kid. Me and my father used to go in and but my mom a new charm every so often. They always had the best service and were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone.
