    WOW!!! I have just purchased my THIRD vehicle from Tip Top and as always they have THE BEST prices, the best selections and the most incredible FIVE STAR SERVICE! It's so amazing and reassuring to know I have dealership I can go to every time where the staff care so much that all you have to say is what you're looking for... and they make it happen! The sales manager Andrew went out his way, yet again, to personally find a vehicle that suits my 'selective' needs and Charissa who did my financing, is not only gorgeous & funny but she went above and beyond the call of duty for me. She literally went over all my options and hooked me up with the best GAP & Extended Warranty Protection so I can have that 100% peace of mind when I drive! Zero pressure, no hassles!     After a few months of looking for a used car, we came across Tip Top Auto. The experience with this dealership was immediately different from any of the previous dealerships that we had been to. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful but there is absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle, as we had experienced from all of the other dealerships. I would recommend Tip Top to anyone looking for a car and we will definitely be back in the future! A big thanks to Trevor and Charissa for making the experience so easy and stress free. We are loving our new car!

    After posting this review i was contacted by tip top auto with in 30 mns....this shows that they take their reviews to heart in the way their customers view them.With everybody being busy and myself being impatient,and instead of me trying to contact them again,I wrote the above review without giving them a chance to respond.Well after a couple of emails between myself and payam the issue was resolved 100% .My review goes to 5 now because of the way this was handled, and i would buy there again.

    that is not true... i have it on paper 3 days after i got my vehicle i sent it to be inspected... i gave you guys a copy too of "WHAT SHOULDN'T HAVE PASSED SAFTY"..... you guys again promised to fix it... yes you did send it to be looked at 3 times from the SAME mechanic and YES he did find issues with the vehicle... and i do not have after market features on my vehicle, that is a totally irrelevant my exhaust like i told you guys i was not being greedy i just wanted the breaks fixed and whatever was and is causing the engine light and transmission light to come on... i will be taking you people to court and going to the media if this un safe vehicle does not get fixed. IT IS NOT ROAD WORTHY AND HASN'T BEEN SINCE DAY ONE.

    we purchased a 2011 dodge journey fro tip top,the people were very nice and helpful.the car was a week later than promised due to a mechanical issue,which was fine.was told new brakes were put on and new tires.after two weeks we noticed a rattle coming from rear of car,upon inspection we found that new brakes were not installed only rotors,used same pads.i also don't know how it passed a safety with a seized caliper on the same wheel.a phone call and an email went unanswered.....very disappointed.if you buy from them make sure they do the work they said they would do.
