  Incredibly rude and condescending people run this store- even when a customer is being polite. I will never come here again and I will be sure to tell anyone I know, who may be considering them, to stay away from this store.

  Really great customer service. I have a large wall clock that wasn't running properly. Ken and Marilyn sent it to multiple repairmen until the issue was resolved, at no extra cost to me. They also contacted me after I had picked it up to make sure there weren't any further problems. I appreciate the extra effort they took to ensure I was happy.

  A couple months ago I had to have my 5 diamond wedding ring cut off my finger , it was a mess ! As a long time customer I took it to them and it was reshaped and sized . Absolutely Amazing ! Thanks you guys .

  Great service from here. I purchased a gold change for their estate jewelry section for a very reasonable price. I was informed that if my chain was to get dirty I could take it back to get it cleaned for free. Great service!!
