  I've always enjoyed the experience of shopping at this location. The salespeople are always polite and very helpful. I drive in from Oshawa to shop at this store for that reason. However on my last visit October 1st, I was rather unimpressed with the Canadian tire, the store Mark's is contained in. After completing my purchase as I've always done, and exiting back through Crappy Tire, I was stopped along with the person i was shopping with, asking to inspect my bags. I'm in my mid 40s my shopping companion in his mid 60s. From my walk it's abundantly clear I wear braces to walk. Whoever taught this rather brash asexual woman profiling methods did a rather poor job. As I am in braces I'm clearly not a risk of being a runner, nor was my shopping companion. Perhaps Mark's needs to reconsider the store in a store setup, as Crappy Tire staff is really destroying the shopping experience Mark's goes out of its way to give. I don't steal, I never have nor do I fit even the shittiest profile retail has for a store thief. Should I revisit this location, and be stopped by untrained staff that Mark's shares space with, I will be demanding a cop be present before my bag (and visible receipt) is opened. Then I will request management and ask that the troll that stopped my exit be reprimanded. I hope you will pass my concerns onto the management of Crappy Tire, it seems as though their staff is completely inept at seeking out shoplifters. Whether it was a pleasant stop or not (it wasn't, she was a troll with grey hair and and an attitude) it would seem their staff need to go back into training. Mark's shoppers expect more. I give Mark's 5 stars for excellent service, I give the Canadian tire Mark's is contained in 1 star.
