  Enterprise Bowmanville is amazing! They gave us one of their premium vehicles, the Chevrolet Impala because we had to wait a little bit longer than expected. They are fair and friendly people.

  I had a terrible experience with one Bowmanville associate in particular, Victoria. Her attitude was extremely negative and she was unwilling to help in answering any of my questions to find a vehicle for the occasion. She was very unprofessional and blatantly rude with no regard for any type of customer satisfaction. Overall, she should not be working in a customer service-based industry such as this and my family, business nor I will definitely not be returning to this location thanks to the poor attitude of this employee.
